Ryan has been with us since inception and focuses on acquisitions and capital relationships.

He has completed over $2.5 billion of acquisitions, secured over $1.7 billion of debt financing, and is actively involved in launching each of our investment vehicles.Ryan holds a B.S. in Aviation and Airway Management from Utah Valley State University.

Jim Derow
COO

About

Throughout his career, Jim has acquired, operated and asset managed over $10 billion of real estate investments including 50,000 multifamily units located throughout the United States. Prior to joining Cardone Capital, Jim co-led the investment and asset management activities of a private REIT that owned approximately 20,000 multi-family units.

Andres Fischborn
Investor Relations Lead

About

Andres joined us in 2019 and oversees our investor relations team which has raised over $800 million of equity capital from over 8,000 investors in five years.

He was previously a financial services representative at MassMutual. Andres holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
